2. Ordering Process

  1. You contact us via TikTok DM (@iHuman0003) or email (ihuman0003@gmail.com) with your request.
  2. We respond (usually in under 3 minutes) with a free sample of the requested material.
  3. You review the sample at no cost.
  4. If you are satisfied and wish to receive the complete version, you make payment via the provided secure link (Paystack) or through Remitly, SendWave, or Wise.
  5. Upon confirmation of payment, the complete digital material is delivered immediately via email or direct message.
There is no obligation to pay if you do not approve the sample.

3. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required only after you review and approve the sample.
All payments are processed securely through Paystack, Remitly, SendWave, or Wise.
Once the complete material has been delivered and accepted, the transaction is final and non-refundable.
No chargebacks or disputes will be supported after delivery, as you have already reviewed a free sample.

4. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

All study guide materials remain the intellectual property of iHuman0003 Study Guides.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your personal study and reference only.
You may not share, resell, distribute, publish, or reproduce the materials in any form.

Your identity, school, and specific requests are kept 100% confidential.
No personal information is stored longer than necessary to complete your order.
Messages and files are deleted after delivery.
